Fact Sheet: Build Your Own Sinus Mask

To build your own sinus mask:

• Print the page on heavy paper.
• Cut around the perimeter of the mask.
• Attach a popsicle stick or drinking straw in the middle for a “Mardi-Gras” mask, or use a piece of string attached to each side and tie behind the head.
